Washington Mutual brokered Streamline refinances

The streamline refinance program is available for owner occupied borrowers who presently have an existing first mortgage with Washington Mutual and wish to obtain a lower interest rate or reduce their monthly payments.

Eligible properties: Single-family detached residence or duplex, conforming manufactured home and condominiums.

Prepaid expenses may be financed as part of the loan amount up to 90% loan-to-value.

NEEDED TO GET STARTED:

• Loan application
• 3 file credit report
• Current paystub for salaried employee with year to date earnings and current pay shown
• One year tax return if self employed
• Two months bank statement to verify funds to close
• Preliminary Title report.
• A drive by inspection will be performed and photos obtained of the property.  This is required prior to the loan going to underwriting.
