Closing your new
loan is easy.

After your loan has been processed, you can expect to wait 1 to 2 weeks to receive final instructions on escrow and closing the loan. 

     You will then be notified by your program manager of any additional documentation requirements to conclude the transaction.  In most cases, you will come to settlement within 2 weeks of approval of your home loan.
