    Once you have elected to submit your application electronically, or by fax or mail, a program manager will be assigned to your file to verify the loan program which you have selected.  The program manager will upon verification order the appraisal, credit reports, title and escrow on the application.  He or she will provide a short list of the needed documents to complete the loan.   Call 425-651-2011

     Within three business days, you will be mailed a set of Guidelines Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending Disclosure, Lock in Agreement, and other required documents.  Please review these documents for accuracy, contact the program manager to answer any additional questions, and return these documents along with any additional forms, such as W2, pay stubs, and bank statements, as soon as possible.
